THE INDIVIDUAL KEY

FOR FREELANCERS

My coaching places you, the client, at the centre of the journey. Content for sessions is flexible and negotiable, tailored to suit your changing needs at any career or life stage. I also offer online coaching packages that you can do at your own pace.

As a freelancer, you may not have access to professional development, making coaching an affordable investment that can help you future-proof your career.

THE COMPANy KEY

FOR STAFF AND TEAMs

My bespoke business packages can include 1:1 sessions with senior level executives, freelancers, and employees as well as speed coaching for larger teams.

It’s also possible to work with me on a consultancy or retainer basis, giving you access to troubleshooting outside of pre-booked coaching sessions. This approach can also include mentoring for individuals (both employees and freelancers).

THE IVY KEY

FOR MUMS

Whether you are a new Mum finding your new identity and new “normal”, guilt-ridden at the thought of not getting it “right”, or a working Mum trying to figure out the balance and how to fulfil your ambitions, I offer 1:1 sessions and online courses to help you.

Together we can address underlying feelings of guilt and inadequacy that may be holding you back from enjoying your success in both motherhood and career.

As women, we spent our lives trying to meet everyone’s needs. Coaching will help you prioritise your own.

QUOTES-07.jpg

I’m an experienced Series Producer and, earlier this year, I was faced with making a choice in my work life that would have a large impact on me and my family. Karen was invaluable in helping me process and talk it through, helping me come to a decision that felt right and was made for the right reasons. Karen is empathetic, non-judgmental, intuitive and kind. She truly understands the pressures of an intense work life and complicated industry and has both the life experience and natural ability to help us rationalise difficult decisions. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Karen.”
