PRODUCTION MANAGERS
Ash Morris
Production Manager · BBC Studios
Production Manager working in Factual Entertainment and Live Events, currently with BBC Studios. As a calm and confident leader, I have experience in managing and delivering large and complex productions, with particular skill in strong financial management. I am looking for opportunities to take strategic ownership of productions in Line Producer roles.
Bhavna Weeks
Production Manager · Freelance
London-based Production Manager with over 10 years of experience across a wide range of formats, with a background in short-form branded digital content before switching to freelancing.

From programming covering Mozart to darts, fast cars to royal history, live football to intriguing tales of web super-sleuths, I have worked across a wide range of formats, and I'm particularly strong at adapting quickly to new environments, teams and workflows. I can inhale a production bible for a well-established series to hit the ground running, or be nimble and work in smaller teams that are still formulating their approach and come with lots of ideas and suggestions for how best to move forward with production within the parameters of budget and schedule. Whatever the subject matter, I will make myself a mini expert on the content to better work alongside the editorial teams, because I am passionate about the stories being told and want to do my part in bringing the editorial ambition to life. I enjoy working on complex productions and am now looking to step into more senior roles where I can build further experience across logistically challenging and compliance-heavy projects. I'm also passionate about championing the often-unsung work of production management teams, and helping increase diverse representation within senior management.
Cleone Fox
Production Manager · Natural History
Bristol-based Production Manager currently working in Natural History, with 13 years managing landmark shows including Planet Earth 2 for BBC and Underdogs & Queens for Disney+/Nat Geo, with a background in Live and Outside Broadcast.

I've got tonnes of experience with tricky remote, hostile locations and keeping teams safe on high-risk shoots. But regardless of the genre and budget I really love elevating teams by providing the tools and environment to allow them to work at their best and create award winning, inspiring shows. In terms of next steps, I'm being intentional about broadening my experience so when I am Line Producer or Production Executive I'm the kind of leader that can draw on lots of practical knowledge and experience.
Jo Lewis
Production Manager · ITV
Hello, I'm Jo. I'm a factual entertainment Production Manager and have been at ITV for sixteen years, working across current affairs, studio entertainment and feature documentaries for a range of broadcasters. My experience spans both studio and location productions and I often find myself overseeing multiple projects at different stages of production at the same time.

I'm particularly strong in managing complex productions and budgets, bringing together experienced teams with different priorities and perspectives, and creating collaborative working environments where people feel heard and supported. I feel very lucky to be working on 70 Up at the moment. The wider Up series has been part of my career for many years, having worked across three instalments of the main Up series as well as the BBC's 7Up Millennium Generation series twice. Working across both the TV series and feature film versions of 70 Up has given me valuable experience of managing complex deliverables across multiple platforms, with the project reaching audiences both in the UK and internationally, including the USA. Alongside my day job, I've spent the last six years heavily involved in inclusion work both within and outside ITV. This has included working closely with our DEI team and helping lead the work that resulted in ITV being named in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list in 2023, where we ranked 41st, chairing a number of staff networks and helping run community groups that bring people together and create spaces where people feel welcome and connected. I'm now looking to move into more senior leadership roles where I can combine my production management experience with my passion for inclusion, helping shape productions, support teams and create environments where lived experience is valued alongside professional expertise, and where people feel empowered to share their stories and perspectives.
Josh Davies
Senior Production Manager · Freelance
Hello, I'm Josh, a Senior Production Manager with extensive experience across comedy, entertainment and reality programming. Having just completed the first UK series of SNL, my passion for studio entertainment has only grown.
-
I thrive in the energy and pace of big studio shows being part of a hugely talented team, while still protecting calm and sanity in the madness, to make it sustainable for the team around me is where my strengths really lie. I'm a strong leader with experience leading large production teams, a passionate mentor, and particularly skilled at cost management across large-scale budgets. My next move is to step into a Line Producer role, where I can have greater autonomy, and full responsibility for a production at a higher level.
Kelly-Ann McHale
Senior Production Manager · Freelance
I'm Kelly-Ann, a senior PM well versed in LE & Fact Ent formats. Very grateful to have started my career on the live daily machine that was The Big Breakfast. This start attuned me to the pace and variety I have come to love about production.
-
Over the years I've had great fun applying my PM instincts across muddy fields, desert sands, fixed-rigs, studio floors, sports arenas, red carpets and a big top to boot! I believe my strengths lie in the grand juggle of relationships with team, crew, talent and suppliers; efficiently working to time and finance schedules. Having proven my versatility over 20+ years, I'm now looking to step up to Line Producer/Prod Exec and look forward to being involved at a more senior level.
Laura McCombie
Line Producer & Production Manager · Freelance
I'm an experienced and versatile Line Producer and Production Manager who leads with honesty and fairness. I'm innovative, creative and a calm head under pressure. A specialist in unscripted and documentary programming, I also bring experience across children's scripted, live events and brand extension formats. I have experience building budgets for commission and pitch, writing and implementing compliance and duty of care protocols, and supporting small indies as they grow and scale. I'm looking to develop my experience on ambitious productions at Line Producer level, where I can bring strong editorial understanding, financial oversight and confident team leadership to productions that need both creative thinking and steady operational control.
