ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Senior Roles in Production Management Programme is a nine-month training and development scheme supporting senior production professionals to step up, stretch their skills and build confidence in their next career move.
This year, 59 senior professionals from London and across the UK regions took part in monthly online workshops covering leadership and management, AI, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, stepping up, skills gaps, pitching yourself and career frameworks.
Alongside the workshops, participants joined networking sessions with senior industry leaders, attended regional meet-ups, received 1:1 coaching, and worked through practical tools and workbooks to support their own self-development and career planning. Many also continued their development through mentoring and specialist Power Hours.
The programme has already made a meaningful impact, helping participants step into more senior roles, expand their responsibilities, strengthen the production management skills, pursue new areas of interest and build the confidence, clarity and community to support what comes next.
Please continue reading to meet this year’s brilliant cohort.

Eva Culhane
Line Producer · Freelance
I am a Line Producer with many years' experience working in unscripted television. I love to work on productions that involve a challenge, and particularly love anything that involves travel to new places and getting stuck in with a great crew on the ground. While I love adventure, I am also a finance nerd who gets a real kick out of balancing a budget and creating a perfectly colour-coded spreadsheet.
Some of the highlights of my career have included working on Formula 1: Drive to Survive for Netflix, which involved the challenges of filming and travelling throughout the world during the Covid years, producing the drama reconstruction for the award-winning ESPN feature documentary Stolen Gold, and working on the reboot of The Grand Tour for Amazon. I want to continue to work on complex and exciting projects, but would also love the opportunity to use my budgeting and development skills by working on a production from the early days, so I can have real influence over how it is shaped from the start.

I knew from very early on in my career that I wanted to work on production. I remember being a young receptionist at Twenty Twenty many years ago and asking for a meeting with the MD where I told him I wanted to work in production rather than editorial - a few months later I was given my first Production Secretary role. Since then I have worked on many successful series and documentaries including The Undateables (Channel 4), For the Love of Kitchens (Magnolia Network), The Truth About the Skinny Jab (Channel 4), At Home with The Furys (Netflix), 24 Hours in A&E (Channel 4), Amazing Interiors (Netflix) and The Choir (BBC2). Laura Watts
Line Producer · Freelance
I am Laura, a Line Producer with over 17 years in TV production. I have worked predominantly in documentaries but also done stints in kids, commercials, and for the last 8 years have focused on factual entertainment. I am really enjoying working in Fact-Ent and how outlandish some of the ideas are that I get to bring my creative problem-solving brain too.
I love bringing different departments together and I thrive managing nimble, cohesive production teams and producing on location, especially large location shoots with lots of moving parts. On such shoots I typically have to bring my calm leadership style to solve problems practically under pressure.
-
In the last year, I have gained some experience of working as a Production Executive after being promoted to the role at a company I was at for six brilliant years. I relished having input into company culture, team structures and an active role in the achievement of company margins and profitability. It has also helped me clarify where I do my best work: on large-scale, ambitious shows where I can be close to the production, lead strong teams and help bring complex projects to life. Stepping back onto bigger productions as a Line Producer is where I want to grow, stretch and fulfil my potential taking on greater responsibility on large-scale shows, and building towards stepping into Production Executive roles again within that world.

Lizzie Murray
Line Producer · Freelance
Hi, I'm Lizzie, a Line Producer with experience across a range of factual and documentary programming, including access series, rig shows and compliance-heavy one-off films - one of which was BAFTA and Grierson nominated. I've worked across lots of archive-heavy projects and know my way around fair dealing, have drafted protocols for series with complex duty of care, and recently helped guide a production through the rigorous BBC Managed List process.
’m drawn to projects that feel conversational and human, where you get to have a really good, honest natter with people, and come away feeling like you’ve learned something about the world, or yourself, and I bring a strong editorial head to my production work, which helps with planning, problem-solving and anticipating what a production needs.
-
I’m proud of the feedback I get from teams, who often say they feel well supported when working with me, and that throughout my career, companies have invited me back to work with them again.
I’ve recently wrapped my latest project with Proper Content, and having moved back to the North West, where I grew up, I’m now focused on building my network here as well continuing to work with brilliant companies in London, and I’m looking to find roles that will help me take the next step towards Production Executive.
Lizzie Search
Line Producer · Freelance
I'm Lizzie, an established Line Producer with experience across most genres, including location, studio and foreign filming. Four years ago, I partnered with a Creative Director to help build a small indie, which I've been leading from the production management side part-time - giving me a much broader understanding of company operations, from resourcing and budgets through to team structure, workflow and delivery.
-
Most recently, I've been working on a Charlie Brooker comedy series for BBC/Netflix, where my role has stretched well beyond traditional Line Producer responsibilities. I've been representing the company across production, working closely with senior teams and managing the level of detail, reporting and platform-facing demands that come with a co-pro including major streamers. I'm particularly strong at bringing structure to complex productions, managing relationships across teams and departments, and keeping both the practical and bigger-picture needs of a production moving forward. I'm now looking for opportunities to build on that experience as a Production Executive in a larger company, where I can bring my production management background, company-level experience and growing streamer knowledge into a more strategic role.

Through overseeing multiple productions, implementing operational processes, managing stakeholders and building strategic partnerships, I have developed a strong operational mindset and enjoy improving efficiency, communication and team effectiveness. I am excited by opportunities that allow me to combine my production expertise, people-focused leadership and organisational strengths to contribute more broadly to business growth and the success of wider teams.
Sam Garner
Head of Production & Freelance LP · Start-up / Indie
I am an accomplished Freelance Senior Production Management professional with more than 15 years' experience across traditional broadcast, digital, and branded media. I've worked across large and small-scale projects both international and domestic, within established organisations like the BBC, multiple indies and also with small start-ups on their first or early-stage commissions.
Most recently I've been working as the Head of Production for a new start-up producing branded content for luxury hotel clients, alongside freelancing as a Line Producer on the post production for a theatrical feature documentary and as a Production Manager for a large indie working on their scripted and unscripted output.
-
I have managed teams of varying sizes (and budgets), including mentoring and helping progress junior freelancers into more senior roles. I've enjoyed working across a multitude of genres, and feel equally capable managing either a drama recon studio set or a documentary team on location on the other side of the globe. Alongside working in TV, I'm also studying part-time for an IT degree and am about to finish a beginner's course in BSL. I am particularly interested in continuing my studies and working on more deaf-focused projects, as the subject is close to my heart and underserved in the current broadcasting environment.
Siobhan Brook
Line Producer · Freelance
I'm Siobhan, a highly experienced Line Producer and senior production leader with more than 25 years in television, spanning high-end factual, documentaries, factual entertainment, natural history, access docs and fixed-rig series. My credits include Our Planet II, Arctic, Hamza's Hidden Wild Isles, Educating Greater Manchester and Our School, for broadcasters and streamers including Netflix, BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.
What I love most is bringing ambitious ideas to life in a way that feels calm, clear and well-supported for the people making them.
-
I'm known for combining calm leadership with strong commercial oversight, and for creating production cultures where teams feel trusted and able to thrive. I've operated at both Line Producer and Production Executive level, leading complex productions from development through to delivery. I'm particularly strong at building resilient teams, solving problems under pressure, and balancing editorial ambition with operational reality.
Based in the South West and open to UK and international productions, I'm now looking for senior production leadership roles across premium factual, factual entertainment and specialist factual projects - particularly with companies who value strong teams, thoughtful leadership and ambitious storytelling.
Sophie Wright
Line Producer & Production Executive · BBC Studios · Currently on Countryfile
I'm Sophie Wright, a Bristol-based Line Producer and Production Executive with over 17 years' experience across factual, factual entertainment, entertainment, fixed rig, specialist factual and documentary. I'm currently line producing Countryfile at BBC Studios.
I started my career on work experience for the Celebrity Juice pilot, which led to two further series and sparked a lasting passion for television. Since then, I've worked across productions including The Apprentice, Ambulance, The Hotel, The Dog House and Ant & Dec's DNA Journey, as well as documentaries on Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un and Rupert Murdoch - all three of which I delivered simultaneously during Covid, because one global crisis was clearly not enough.
-
Often described as "cool as a cucumber", I pride myself on staying calm under pressure and turning complicated productions into clear, manageable, and efficient operations. Recently on Countryfile, I joined a production that wasn't operating as well as it could, identified what needed to change and helped transform it into a well-oiled machine - a turnaround I'm genuinely proud of. I work quickly and meticulously, keeping budgets, schedules, and teams firmly on track. I'm solutions-focused, believe stress gets in the way of good problem solving, and know the best productions happen when editorial and production management work closely together. I'm also passionate about making production management smarter and more sustainable, through better workflows, greener choices, stronger team support, and practical use of AI. I'm now looking for the next Production Executive opportunity where I can move beyond individual productions and play a bigger role across development, budgeting, business strategy, and the wider operational needs of a company.
Venita Singh-Warner
Line Producer · Freelance
Hello, I am Venita, a BAFTA & Emmy winning Line Producer with over 20 years' experience in production management across documentary and factual programming. I'm passionate about creating high-quality films that are visually compelling, thought-provoking and delivered with care.
My strengths lie in building effective relationships with stakeholders - commissioners and production companies - while balancing the needs of production teams and contributors.
I lead production teams with respect and collaboration, encouraging people to perform at their highest potential while delivering creative ambition on time and within budget. I'm now looking to progress into a Production Executive role, where I can further develop and apply my strategic, leadership and production experience across a broader range of projects.
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES / EXECUTIVE IN CHARGE OF PRODUCTION / HEADS OF PRODUCTION
Abigail Watts
Production Executive · Plimsoll
I'm a Production Executive with 25+ years' experience delivering high-end factual programming for UK broadcasters and global streamers. Over the last six years, I've worked predominantly in the premium feature documentary space. Having come up through production management and producing.
I enjoy helping productions navigate the challenges of development, production and delivery, while balancing creative ambition with the commercial realities of pace, budget and team structure.
I'm calm under pressure, pragmatic in approach and bring a sense of humour when it's needed most. I'm confident in managing up, having direct conversations and protecting both the production and the team when things become pressured. What I bring is a strong understanding of how productions work from the inside out - the detail, the people, the budgets, the pressure points and the bigger business picture. I'm now looking to build on that experience in my newly appointed role as Production Executive at Plimsoll, where I can support teams, bring clarity to complex situations and help deliver ambitious work in a way that feels structured, fair and sustainable.
Abi Heilbron
EIC / Line Producer · Currently The Fashion Awards & Redbull Soapbox
I'm a line producer who has been freelancing for 20+ years having done many different genres. I love a first series where I really get to work alongside the team creating a new exciting format, something I did for the first series of Bake Off, Taskmaster and most recently The Hunt which was shot last year in Bulgaria.
I'm most at home running around a muddy field firefighting with at least one radio on, and have recently been promoted to EIC on this year's Fashion Awards, which will be my 6th one at a company that I've been with since they started in 2021.
-
I'm passionate about doing the right thing, crew welfare and happy productions are really important to me and having been a youth leader when I was younger, I can often be found making production teams play silly games to do feedback. I'm also an access producer for BAFTA where I've managed to bring BSL and captioning as standard at their awards. A role I really love.
Adam Barber
Production Executive · Air TV, Yorkshire
I'm currently an in-house Production Executive at Air TV, a Yorkshire-based indie, where I oversee a busy factual slate including returning series for UKTV and Channel 4, BBC one-offs and a digital-first project for YouTube.
My background spans production support roles across BBC News, Sport and Education, followed by talent management roles at BBC Studios and Talented People.
I'm naturally upbeat and people-focused, and I think humour plays a huge part in keeping teams connected, especially when the pressure is on. I enjoy the pace of busy productions and feel at my best when I'm helping people stay calm, supported and able to get the job done while still finding the lighter moments in the madness.
I joined Air TV five years ago as a Production Manager and have spent the past three years as Production Executive, with particular strengths in scheduling, planning, staffing and recruitment. I currently work mainly across high-volume factual, but would love to develop further in long-form and feature documentary, and to keep building my input into wider company strategy.
Charlie Williams
Production Executive / Senior Line Producer · Freelance
I'm a highly organised, motivated, and collaborative Production Executive / Senior Line Producer with twenty-six years experience in the UK and Australian TV industries. My strengths lie in cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Execs and Suppliers - I'm at my happiest firefighting difficult situations and am very comfortable in high-level conversations.
I started out on the editorial side of the industry, working my way up to AP level on comedy panel shows at Talkback, before realising I was more suited to Production. Over the course of my career in Production, I’ve worked across all genres of Unscripted Entertainment – the holy trinity of Singing, Dating and Cooking.
-
My strengths lie in cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Execs and Suppliers. I’m at my happiest firefighting difficult situations and am very comfortable in high-level conversations.
I’m also very much at home on location, where I have a reputation for being calm and dependable under pressure. I’ve been told I “Thrive on location”, and I really excel in keeping teams supported, problem-solving and productions will feel in safe hands, even with ever-changing schedules. After an 8-year stint living in Australia, where I gained valuable experience in another territory, I returned to the UK to be near family. Since then, I have predominantly worked on US shows filming in the UK Europe (more cooking reality!)
The collaboration with and integration of senior US Producers into UK filming processes is a very specific skill, and it’s something I really enjoy.

Alongside my full-time role across the Manchester and London offices at Objective Media Group, I am currently completing the RTS Mini MBA, sponsored by All3Media, further strengthening my commercial and strategic understanding of the television industry.

Clare Elliott
Production Executive · Shine TV
I'm Clare Elliott, a Production Executive at Shine TV. I've spent many years working across the MasterChef brand, progressing through the ranks and building deep experience in delivering large-scale, high-profile unscripted productions.
Alongside MasterChef, I've worked across a range of Shine productions, and I'm now in-house, involved in projects from development through to production. That has given me a broader view of how ideas move through the business, and it's an area I'm really enjoying expanding into. My strength is managing complex productions, large teams and fast-moving editorial demands. I now want to build on that by stepping further into a more senior Production Executive role, overseeing multiple productions, contributing more strategically to the business, and helping shape positive culture and ways of working across teams. Ultimately, I see myself as a trusted operational partner to a Director of Production or MD - someone who can be that right hand, helping turn strategy into clear, practical delivery.
Ellen Green
Production Executive · Story Films
I'm currently working as a Production Executive at Story Films with over 15 years experience in television. Over the years I've worked across a multitude of genres and filming environments, from high profile talent led series The Long Way Up for Apple TV to Emmy Award winning historical archive series JFK: One Day in America.
I've always strived to problem solve in collaboration with editorial and my biggest strength is being able to effectively communicate and manage people at all levels. I now work closely with the Managing Director, CFO, Executive Producers and Line Producers to make sure all productions are delivered to schedule and on budget.
Emma Leone
Production Executive · Whisper
I am a Production Executive at Whisper with more than 15 years of production management experience across large-scale live events, broadcast, and esports. Having joined Whisper as a Line Producer 18 months ago, I was promoted to Production Executive within 10 months and now oversee both the esports and combat sports slates.
My career began in studio entertainment, where I developed a strong foundation in managing fast-paced, high-pressure productions. Today, I draw on that experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing operational excellence, financial oversight, and team leadership across a range of complex live productions.
-
I am equally comfortable managing up and down within an organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders while leading teams of varying sizes to achieve outstanding results. Whether overseeing large budgets, streamlining production workflows, or navigating the challenges that inevitably arise in live events, I pride myself on delivering consistency, clarity, and confidence. What motivates me most is the energy of live production and the collaborative effort required to bring a show to life. My greatest strength is remaining calm under pressure, providing steady leadership through challenging situations, and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.
Faye Donaldson
Production Executive · Studio Lambert
Hello, I'm Faye, a Production Executive in unscripted, and I've been a staff member at Studio Lambert for the last 15 years. I've worked my way up from Production Manager to Line Producer and now Production Executive, working on many of the company's flagship shows right from the beginning - on Four in a Bed and Gogglebox, then onto Squid Game: The Challenge, and now the BBC and NBC versions of The Traitors.
My main priorities and strengths on productions are leading happy teams, keeping morale buoyant, and ensuring productions are delivered on schedule and on budget. I have led all sizes of teams, from smaller-scale PSC shoots through to huge fixed-rig set-ups. I'm now keen to build on that experience in a more senior Production Executive role, continuing to deliver ambitious productions while helping shape strong teams, positive culture and practical ways of working.
Hannah Stupple
Production Executive · Boldprint Studios
I'm a Production Executive working at Boldprint Studios across their development slate for both Terrestrial and Streamer platforms. I have experience managing Factual Entertainment, Reality and Documentary series. My strengths are forging strong working relationships with Broadcasters during budget negotiation, managing logistically complex and compliance-heavy productions while leading very happy production teams. I'm now looking to step up into Head of Production roles within companies where I can help to shape business strategy and growth while also nurturing a positive workplace culture.

One of my biggest strengths is building teams and production environments where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work. Alongside overseeing productions from green light through to delivery, I'm really interested in how strong systems, culture and operations can help both productions and people thrive. I'm especially drawn to streamers and fast-growing production companies, and excited by opportunities where I can help shape the way teams and productions run while making a meaningful impact across both.

I'm particularly strong in managing complex, high-pressure productions and guiding teams through challenges with clarity and confidence, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery. I'm now looking to continue working across bold, distinctive factual, factual entertainment and live projects, while building on my strategic skills in planning, prioritisation and leading at scale. I'm also looking to step into Head of Production roles, where I can broaden my impact at a more senior level, contributing not just to delivery but to wider business strategy, resourcing and long-term planning.

Production Executive · Studio Lambert · Freelance
I’m a Production Executive in unscripted, currently at Studio Lambert, where I’m writing and negotiating budgets for large-scale, exciting new reality and rig shows.
One of my great strengths is my expert knowledge. I have a proven track record managing the original wave of reality fact-ent hybrids, and have since overseen and grown smash-hit formats. At every company I’ve worked for, I’ve been trusted with visibility across the whole slate. That means I can offer experience-led insight across a huge range of projects.
I value supporting and nurturing talent, and I’m confident leading senior teams, keeping projects moving and helping everyone work towards the best possible outcome with calmness and clarity.
I'm loving this course for the time spent focusing on my personal development and making sure my next move is considered, strategic and right for me.

-

Having worked for many years at a large organisation and now at a small fast-paced start-up, I've managed to see production from both ends of the spectrum and can anticipate the challenges that both face. I am passionate about working hand in glove with my editorial counterparts to make the best telly possible in a positive environment with a successful team.
Steph Varvell
Head of Production · Bristol start-up · Freelance LP
I’m Steph and I like making the impossible happen! I’m an experienced Line Producer now Head of Production, with a background predominantly in natural history and factual programming and have worked on blue chip landmarks like Our Oceans for Netflix, wildlife obs doc Born to be Wild for Apple TV+ and 3D feature film Enchanted Kingdom. I’ve sent crews to the tops of mountains and to the depths of the oceans and everywhere in between.
I specialise in making the impossible happen, managing large scale budgets, complex schedules, large teams and high risk filming activities and enjoy the variety and excitement that international filming brings.
-
I am a calm, confident leader with a strong focus on building happy, mentally healthy, resilient teams who collaborate to deliver award winning content.
I am currently working in a freelance capacity with a small start up independent company in Bristol in a Head of Production role aiding them with the creation of the company, financial protocols, policies and operational needs of the business. I am particularly interested in finding a permanent role and home where I can help create a company that will share my goals and values to create meaningful, visually compelling narratives with soul in a harmonious production environment.
Vic Ribeck
Production Executive · Wildstar Films
I am a recently promoted Production Executive and have over 25 years’ experience working in unscripted Specialist Factual television. I worked at the BBC in Bristol for 16 years across a variety of productions, starting as a PC and then progressing as a PM on shows such as DIYSOS, Springwatch, Countryfile and variety of the Natural History Units programmes. 7 years ago, I decided to take the leap and step away from the BBC into the indie market. I felt I needed more of a challenge than the BBC could offer me at the time and was fortunate that a job working on the Natural History series ‘America the Beautiful’ at Wildstar Films came knocking. I have been there ever since. Natural History being the way it is, I have only worked across 2 productions since being at Wildstar, but they have been whoppers! For the past 4 years, I worked as an LP on a multi-million-dollar project for Disney+ called Underdogs, setting up the first series and then simultaneously managing the second while guiding the first through a highly complex post-production workflow. The series was a brand-new concept, collaborating with Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds and his company Maximum Effort, blending comedy with Natural History to reach audiences who might not typically engage with the genre. Fortunately, it has been a great success, and we have been lucky enough to win numerous awards including RTS, Broadcast, Jackson Wild and 2 Emmys!
-
Although I enjoy working across both large and small productions, my strength lies in managing large teams. On Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Winterwatch, I set up eight live OBs over 2.5 years with substantial teams on location. I loved working on this as it’s unusual in Nat Hist for a PM to be part of the location team, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in a production tent, usually freezing cold, working with all the different on site teams to bring the ideas created in the morning meetings to life by the live show that evening . For Underdogs at Wildstar , I have had to keep a team of up to 40 people motivated over a four-year period with constantly shifting commissioner goalposts. It wasn’t always easy, but I believe I achieved this by being calm and supportive but still tackling tricky situations head on when needed.
Recently, I have stepped into the role of Production Executive at Wildstar, having worked my way up from PM and LP in my 7 years at the company. I’m very excited to take on this new challenge and work more in the areas of development, business strategy and overseeing more than one project at a time.
Hudini Coaching Team
Karen Hudson
Karen Hudson, Founder of Hudini Coaching
I’m Karen Hudson, founder of Hudini Coaching. I’ve worked in television for over 20 years and still have an active production career, having worked my way up through the ranks from Production Secretary to Deputy Director of Production.
I retrained as a coach in 2018 after seeing how many brilliant people in the industry needed more space, support and confidence as they navigated their careers and leadership journeys. Hudini Coaching was built from that place: a belief that people need space to think, honest support, practical tools and the confidence to take ownership of what comes next.
I designed the Senior Roles in Production Management Programme to bring together the things I believe make development genuinely useful: expert industry insight, thoughtful coaching, honest reflection and meaningful connection. Alongside the workshops and networking,1:1 coaching sits at the heart of the programme, helping participants translate learning into action and make sense of their next move.
-
I also know the value of people supporting each other, and how much stronger we are when we learn together. Creating a safe space for people to ask questions, be curious, share honestly and realise they are not alone has been a key part of the programme.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to leadership or growth, people have different drivers, passions and definitions of success, but there is real power in understanding what feels right for you, based on your values.
What brings me the most joy is seeing people take ownership of careers that can often feel unpredictable or out of their control, finding the language to speak up, the confidence to make decisions, and the clarity to move towards what feels right for them.
Hudini Coaching is rooted in honesty with kindness, fairness, practical action and lasting impact. Through coaching, career mapping, frameworks and community, my aim is to help people feel seen, supported and ready to create positive change in their teams, productions and the wider industry.
Looking ahead, I want to continue supporting the creative industries through coaching, mentoring and training. Alongside programmes like this, I also coach Heads of Production, Executive Producers, Commissioning Editors and senior leaders who want to navigate change and complexity, while leading in a way that feels purposeful, sustainable and true to them.

-
I moved to the UK from China at the age of 16 with two suitcases and a dream. Determined to build a career in the industry, I worked my way up through a variety of production roles. As a Location Fixer in China, I support UK productions filming abroad, helping them navigate cultural differences and ensuring smooth and successful shoots. It was a privilege to showcase my home country while bridging the gap between international production teams.
I am passionate about supporting emerging talent. In the UK, I established a network for Chinese filmmakers to share industry insights and I host many CV workshops for students looking to enter the industry. Having experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to break into film and television, I am committed to helping the next generation succeed. To date, I have supported several fresh graduates, including helping two female camera assistants secure opportunities in documentary and drama productions.
My long-term ambition is to strengthen cultural and creative connections between the UK and China. I hope to bring outstanding British stories to Chinese audiences while introducing innovative technologies, heritage cultures, and exceptional filmmaking talent from China to the UK. I believe collaboration across cultures creates new opportunities, fresh perspectives, and stronger storytelling for everyone involved.

Thea Viner
Production Secretary /Junior Coordinator
I’m an experienced production secretary with a background across factual entertainment, film and HETV. I have recently stepped up to a junior coordinator, demonstrating my ability to coordinate shoots and crew, in multiple locations and overseas.
I believe that I work best in busy locations, adapting to moving parts and changing schedules: thriving in the organisation of unavoidable chaos. My aim is to always make sure the crew have a good foundation to work from, starting the day off right with catering and accommodation that works for people’s needs so we can create great entertainment altogether.
The goal for me moving forward is to continue working across both sides of our industry, meeting new teams and learning skills that I can apply to future scenarios. I love working in teams where the passion lies with story telling and creating great entertainment with human centered narratives.
I’m most proud of my My graduate short film, LUCID (2022), which received numerous nominations in both student and short film festivals and in 2023 I was honoured to receive the award for Best Student Director at Ealing Film Festival in London.
Martina Zucconelli
Senior Production Coordinator
I’m Martina Zucconelli, a Senior Production Coordinator with experience across international reality competitions, factual entertainment and short-form content. I thrive on first series, where I can be involved from the very beginning, helping build the production from scratch and learning every part of the process from the challenges of location and format, to solving the unexpected problems that come with setting up something new.
I trained through the NFTS Prime Video Pathway Production Coordinator Apprenticeship, which gave me a strong grounding in production coordination and helped build my confidence across the industry.
I love international productions that take me overseas, where I can practise the languages I speak including my native Italian and French and Spanishand explore new ways of working with different teams and cultures.
A key goal for me is to keep developing across different team sizes, budgets and broadcasters, while continuing to build my skills as a Senior Coordinator and maintain a strong focus on location-based productions.
Working with Hudini Coaching on the Senior Roles in Production Management Programme has allowed me to lean into my love of training, workshops and professional development, while helping me make some incredible connections across the industry.

TESTIMONIALS
“Joining SRIPM came at the perfect moment, the end of a production and a natural point to reflect on where I wanted to go next. Alongside building confidence and senior-level experience, it's opened up an invaluable network and rich deep-dives into the topics that matter most in our field. Every two-hour session leaves me energised and ready to go again.
It's been as much about contribution as it has been about learning, realising I already hold many of the answers myself, with plenty of lightbulb moments along the way. Working in this industry can create tunnel vision, where you're heads-down on your own challenges and it can feel like you're navigating them alone. SRIPM has been a powerful reminder of the talent out there, bringing a real sense of camaraderie and solidarity, and connections I know will last long after the course ends.”
- Bhavna Weeks Production Manager
“Starting the Senior Roles in Production Management course, I quickly realised its exceptional value. An early exercise completing a detailed responsibilities list was eye-opening, helping me recognise I was already performing many Line Producer responsibilities.
Combined with informative sessions from leading industry professionals and a one-to-one with Karen, the course gave me the clarity and confidence to put myself forward for a Line Producer role when the opportunity arose. It's a role I'm now thoroughly enjoying and one I may not have pursued without the insight and encouragement the course provided.
In an industry that can feel isolating, the course has been hugely impactful, educationally and in building confidence and connecting me with a supportive, like-minded community. Being paired with a mentor, alongside the network the course provides, has added yet another layer of support to my career progression.”
- Paul Prendergast Line Producer
“I cannot express just how brilliant this course is, I have filled knowledge gaps, learnt from some wonderful guests, built my confidence and have gained a brilliant community of other production professionals. I wish I could send all our PMs on it! x”
