I’m Karen Hudson – coach, TV executive and mum.

I walk my talk when it comes to achieving a happy work-life balance and avoiding burnout. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life filled with energy and confidence.

Coaching is a powerful too, it needs to be used responsibly. Which is why I’m not coaching based on passion alone – I’m fully qualified. 

I completed my training under an organisation fully accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Advanced Coaching Academy (ACA). My experience included principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).  

I’ve also completed a professional course in mental health first-aid training to allow me to recognise and better support those who may need extra help.
